1. Introduction and Agreement
mm666 is an online gaming and betting platform designed for players residing in Myanmar. By accessing this website, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read and accepted all of these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not continue using our services. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and the date of any amendment will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use after any amendment means you accept the updated terms.
2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities
2.1 — Age Requirement
You must be 21 or older to use our services. If a false age is provided at the time of registration, mm666 reserves the right to close that account immediately.
2.2 — One Account Only
Each person may only open one personal account. If multiple accounts are opened by the same person to claim bonuses, mm666 reserves the right to close all such accounts and retain any remaining balances.
2.3 — Accuracy of Information
The name, phone number, and payment details provided when opening an account must be accurate. We reserve the right to reject withdrawals from accounts registered with incorrect information.
2.4 — Account Security
Keep your username and password to yourself and do not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 — Deposit Requirements
The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. Never share your card number, OTP or personal details with anyone outside the website.
3.2 — Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. After a withdrawal request is received, the usual processing time is 5–30 minutes. However, it may take longer at times due to ongoing KYC checks.
3.3 — Anti-Money Laundering
mm666 does not allow any activity linked to money laundering. If patterns such as depositing and immediately withdrawing, or using varying amounts and bonuses as a way to transfer funds outside of bonus play, are detected, the account may be suspended and funds may not be returned.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit you will receive a 120% bonus, up to 100,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 44,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks).
Example for the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks — if you deposit 180,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a total of 280,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks.
4.2 — General Bonus Terms
- Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Bonuses can only be used while real money is active in the account, and your real balance will be used first.
- If you make a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any winnings from it will be deducted.
- mm666 may set a separate maximum bet limit for each bonus.
- mm666 reserves the right to update, suspend or cancel any bonus programme.
4.3 — VIP Programme
mm666 has 5 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.3% at Silver, up to 0.5% at Gold, up to 0.6% at Platinum and up to 0.8% at Diamond. You move up tiers as your activity increases. Contact mm666 support for full details.
5. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly forbidden:
- Using bots, scripts or any automated playing software
- Bonus abuse — placing opposing bets against each other to meet wagering requirements
- Selling, transferring or renting accounts
- Opening multiple accounts by one person or group to claim bonuses
- Seeking out and exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform
- Threatening or harassing other players or staff
- Using the platform as a tool to commit financial crimes
If any of the above actions are detected, the account will be closed immediately and remaining funds will not be returned. Legal action will be taken if necessary.
6. Games and Play Terms
6.1 — Game Fairness
All games on mm666 use a Random Number Generator (RNG), so game outcomes can be considered fair. If a game result is affected by a technical error, mm666 will investigate and correct the result accordingly.
6.2 — Football and Esports Betting
Football and Esports bets are settled based on the official result of each event. If an event is cancelled, postponed or amended before the result is officially confirmed, mm666 will announce in advance how it will be handled.
6.3 — Live Casino
In Live Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo and other live games, results are final in real time. Players may not change bets already placed.
7. Personal Data and Security
mm666 uses SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) to protect players' funds and personal data. Our privacy policy (read it here) explains in detail how data is handled.
Data sharing with third parties (bank payment processors) is described in our Privacy Policy. We may share data with the relevant authorities when required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
mm666 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues (server downtime), network interruptions, or any circumstances beyond our control.
mm666 is also not responsible for financial losses resulting from a player's own decisions. Every player is responsible for managing their own finances and gameplay.
9. Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 — Closure by the Player
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can contact us at [email protected]. The account will be closed after all withdrawals have been completed.
9.2 — Closure by mm666
If we detect a breach of terms, suspected money laundering, bonus abuse, or any legal violation, mm666 may suspend the account without prior notice. Any remaining balance may be held during the investigation.

This platform is a service aimed at players in Myanmar. Each player is responsible for complying with the laws of their own country and location. By accessing mm666, players take full responsibility for ensuring that online gambling is legally permitted where they reside.
